Job Description: Officer Head – Immigration

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the office and the visa processing team.
- Oversee student counselling, file preparation, and visa application submissions.
- Ensure all documents are accurate and meet embassy and university requirements.
- Keep track of visa rules, policy changes, and intake deadlines for each country.
- Set targets for the team, monitor performance, and give regular feedback.
- Handle complex cases, client complaints, and refusal case reviews.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner agents.




- Maintain compliance with legal and licensing requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 3 years in the study visa or immigration industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of study visa processes for countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and Europe etc.
- Skills: Leadership, clear communication in English and Punjabi/Hindi, problem-solving, and good MS Office skills.
- Personal qualities: Honest, organised, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
