Roles and Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

- Data Maintenance :- Maintain data of interviews and keep updating once recent update comes from recruiters
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with bench Candidates, Account Managers, and vendor contacts for future business opportunities and provide reports to Management once it required.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain detailed trackers (via ATS, CRM, or Excel) of daily submissions, interview stages, and Candidate availability.





Key Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 0 to 3+ years of experience in Data Entry or computers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and build professional networks.

Desired Candidate profile:

· Work Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM , 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
