Position Details

Role: Management Trainee

Office Locations: Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Duration: 2 months (Full-Time | can get extended based on performance)

Salary Offered: Upto 12,000/-

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Management Trainee who is willing to learn, take responsibility, and work closely with the management team. The role will provide practical exposure to business operations, coordination, and management-related activities.

Candidates with an insurance background or relevant exposure will be preferred, as this experience may be relevant to the responsibilities of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the management team in day-to-day business and operational activities.

Support management in assigned tasks, projects, and coordination work.

Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely follow-up on assigned activities.

Assist in preparing reports,



maintaining records, and other management-related work.

Understand and support various business processes as required.

Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks within the required timelines.

Be willing to learn and take up additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Eligibility:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn can apply.

Candidates with an insurance background/exposure will be preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Willingness to take responsibility and work as per business requirements.

Training & Growth:

Proper training will be provided during the initial period.

Performance will be evaluated during the first 2 months.

Candidates demonstrating good performance may be considered for continued/long-term engagement

and salary revision upon completion of 6 months, subject to performance and suitability.
