1. Civil Site Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day residential site activities.

Monitor work progress, quality, and site execution.

Coordinate with contractors and project teams.

Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.

2. Project Coordinator

Experience: 6–10 Years

Responsibilities:

Coordinate residential projects from execution to completion.

Track project progress, schedules, and site requirements.

Coordinate with clients, site teams, contractors, and internal departments.

Support project planning, costing, BOQ, and documentation.

3. QA/QC Engineer:

Experience: 2–5 Years





Responsibilities:

Monitor quality of civil construction activities.

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.

Maintain quality records, checklists, and inspection reports.

Identify and resolve quality-related issues at site.

Mandatory Requirements:

Kannada speaking is mandatory.

Own bike is mandatory.

Experience in residential construction projects preferred.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.
