Job Description: Store Executive – Launderly

Launderly is seeking a responsible, energetic, and customer friendly Store Executive to manage daily store operations and provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle laundry sales, orders, coordinate with the processing team, maintain accurate records, and ensure that orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their laundry and dry cleaning requirements.
- Receive garments from customers and prepare accurate orders.
- Create and update customer orders in the billing/POS system.
- Tag, count, categorise, and maintain proper records of garments.
- Coordinate with the laundry processing and delivery team.
- Track order status and follow up on pending orders.
- Inform customers about order status, pickup, and delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Manage cash, digital payments, and daily billing records.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store.




- Ensure garments are properly packed and handed over to the correct customer.
- Maintain customer information and order records.
- Assist in local customer follow-ups and WhatsApp communication.
- Support the store manager in achieving daily operational and customer service targets.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, retail, store operations, hospitality, laundry, or a similar field. Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in Tamil and Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Technical Skills: Good computer knowledge; comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp and digital payment applications.
- Soft Skills: Good numerical and organizational skills; responsible, punctual, and willing to learn, customer service oriented with a professional attitude.
