Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Handbag Tailor / Master Craftsman who can stitch high-quality bags and help us increase our daily production.

You will handle sample making, cutting, stitching, and guide our workshop team.

Work Responsibilities

- Cutting & Stitching: Cut fabric/leather accurately and stitch high-quality handbags, totes, and backpacks.
- Sample Making: Make the first sample bag using design drawings or reference photos.
- Quality Check: Ensure clean finishing, strong stitching, proper zip installation, and high-quality edge work on every bag.
- Production Management: Set up simple daily targets and organize work so production runs quick without mistake or waste.
- Machine Operation: Safely run and maintain industrial sewing machines (walking foot, cylinder arm, etc.).

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in bag making (leather, canvas, synthetic leather, or heavy cloth).
- Machine Knowledge: Must know how to operate heavy-duty bag stitching machines.
- Pattern Knowledge: Must know pattern making, lining fitting, zipper fitting, and handle attachments.
- Quality Standard: Ability to do clean work with high attention to detail.
