1 The employee will get the leads (schedules) from the company with which they will be coordinating and doing the field visit (showing the property to the customer)
2 The employee has to take the exact requirment and match the expected requirement of the customer by showing the other properties
3 The employee also have to generate the current potential customer and also need to do price negotiation for both the parties
4 Cross selling/pitch for legal services
5 The employees need to manage 5 society, as per business requirement the employee should be ready to change the job area, the 10-15 km area will be assigned
