OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE – MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Position

Operations Associate – 03–04 Positions

CTC

₹15,000–₹16,000 per month

Experience

0–2 years

Freshers with positive communication, coordination and customer-handling skills may

also be considered.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates with prior exposure to the following sectors will be preferred:

• Multiplex / Cinema

• Entertainment

• Amusement Parks / Theme Parks

• Family Entertainment Centers (FECs)

• Hospitality

• Retail

• Events & Event Operations

• Museums

• Customer-Facing Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities at the site.

• Assist in managing visitor flow and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and team members for smooth

execution of daily activities.
