Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of outsourced security guards deployed at the facility.
- Conduct daily morning briefings and allocate duties to security personnel.
- Ensure proper implementation of company security policies, procedures, and site regulations.
- Verify attendance, shift deployment, and manpower availability of outsourced security personnel.
- Coordinate regularly with security agency representatives regarding manpower, absenteeism, performance concerns, training requirements, and disciplinary issues.
- Train, guide, and mentor security personnel on company requirements, security procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Monitor the performance, discipline, appearance, and conduct of outsourced security staff.




- Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering the premises.
- Support emergency response activities and coordinate with relevant departments during incidents.
- Recommend improvements to security processes and controls to enhance site security effectiveness.
