Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and generate sales.
- Explain products, pricing, condition, warranty & offers.
- Handle WhatsApp/call enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Manage billing, payments and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain inventory, IMEI/serial numbers and stock records.
- Ensure store cleanliness, discipline and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate daily store operations and report issues to management.
- RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Experience in mobile/electronics/Apple retail preferred.
- Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Punctual, disciplined and able to work independently.
- Strong ownership mindset — should not require constant supervision.
