Job Description: Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are hiring a result-oriented Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth and support our Pager Book ground operations. In this role, the company will provide complete lead databases and target contact lists—there is no data mining or independent research required.

Your primary focus will be executing outbound tele-calling to these provided leads, presenting our core value proposition, and scheduling qualified appointments.

Once an appointment is fixed, our on-ground field staff will step in to handle the face-to-face meetings and close the deals.

? Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Conduct consistent outbound calls daily to the pre-verified leads and company-provided database.

• Appointment Setting: Efficiently pitch our services over the phone to hook prospect interest and fix confirmed meetings.

• Ground Team Coordination: Promptly assign and hand over successfully booked appointments to our Pager Book ground staff/field sales team.

• Calendar Management:



Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth routing for field executives without booking conflicts.

• CRM/Data Tracking: Maintain strict tracking of call outcomes (Connected, Follow-up, Fixed, Rejected) in internal logs or Google Sheets.

⚡ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Tele-caller, or Inside Sales Associate.

• Call Volume Handling: Comfortably able to manage a high volume of 80 to 120 outbound calls per day.

• Communication: Robust verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner, active listening skills, and persuasion abilities.

• Tech Literacy: Basic proficiency with digital tools, including Google Sheets, MS Excel, and basic calendar or CRM software.

? Compensation & Perks

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience, communication skills, and past performance).

• Incentives: Performance-linked incentives tied directly to the number of successfully attended appointments completed by the ground staff.
