*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

Lead our kitchen as Head Chef, bringing authentic Indian flavors to life. We need a passionate culinary expert to manage the whole kitchen and elevate our dining experience.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Oversee and manage entire kitchen operations daily

- Prepare and craft authentic Indian dishes — Maharashtrian, Punjabi, Tandoor, Biryani with consistent quality

- Supervise kitchen staff, train juniors, manage duty rosters

- Menu planning, recipe costing, inventory & purchase management

- Maintain hygiene, FSSAI standards, food safety

- Control food cost, wastage, and stock

*REQUIREMENTS:*

- Proven expertise in Indian food cooking & traditional recipes

- 5+ years experience in restaurant kitchen management

- Strong leadership, hygiene & food safety knowledge

- Can handle high-volume service

- Willing to relocate / stay in Chalisgaon
