Design Filtro Private Limited is looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the company's day-to-day administrative, documentation, data management, and customer coordination activities.
The candidate will work closely with the management and front-office/sales team and will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, handling data entry, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Knowledge of at least one South Indian language — Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada — is mandatory, as the position will involve regular communication with customers, vendors, and other contacts in South India.
