Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience across recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and general HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment and sourcing of candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist with attendance and basic personnel management
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures




- Handle basic HR-related communication with employees
- Assist with employee engagement activities
- Support HR-related queries under the guidance of the HR team
- Assist HR leadership with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities
- RequirementsPursuing or completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience are also welcome
- Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to learn HR software and databases
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
