Job Description

The Customer Support Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the associate will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide product information, and guide users through TraviYo’s technology platform. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, documenting customer interactions, escalating complex cases to relevant teams, and ensuring timely resolution. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, supporting onboarding and basic product training for new clients, and coordinating with sales and product teams to improve overall customer experience. The associate will be responsible for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of products. The associate is expected to maintain professional communication, adhere to service-level standards, and contribute to a positive, service-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support,



Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Exposure to Sales activities, such as upselling or cross-selling solutions.
- Experience in Training or onboarding customers on software platforms or services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in customer-facing roles.
