- Guest services: Greet guests warmly, open car doors, assist with luggage, and provide directions or information.
- Vehicle handling: Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, conduct pre- and post-vehicle inspections for existing damage, and ensure all keys are secured.
- Vehicle and area management: Maintain a clean and organized parking area, document vehicle details and parking locations, and ensure the security of parked cars.
- Professional conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, and handle guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner.
Required skills and qualifications
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
- High school diploma or GED.
