About The Waffle Bar

The Waffle Bar is an established waffle and dessert brand with multiple outlets across Goa. We specialise in freshly prepared waffles, desserts and beverages and have built our presence in Goa with a strong focus on quality, consistency and customer experience.

We are looking for QSR Staff to join our waffle outlets. The role involves handling billing, preparing orders, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the billing/POS system.
- Handle billing and collect cash/digital payments.
- Prepare waffles, desserts, beverages and other menu items as per the prescribed recipes and portion standards.
- Follow food preparation, presentation and packaging standards.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served within the required time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter and dining area.
- Perform regular housekeeping and cleaning of the outlet and equipment.
- Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.
- Follow all food safety,



hygiene and operational procedures.
- Provide polite and efficient service to customers.
- Work as part of a team and assist with other outlet activities whenever required.

Training

No prior waffle-making experience is required. Full training will be provided on:

- Menu and recipes
- Waffle preparation and cooking
- Food portioning and presentation
- Billing/POS system
- Customer service
- Hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Outlet operating standards

Candidate Profile

- Positive and hardworking attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced QSR environment
- Comfortable handling both food preparation and housekeeping duties
- Previous QSR, restaurant or food-service experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory
