Job Responsibilities • Visit residential areas, apartments, and local communities to find potential candidates. • Explain job opportunities to people interested in home services, such as house-help and home service work. • Clearly communicate salary details, benefits, and job requirements. • Encourage interested candidates to register and join the company. • Help candidates complete registration and submit the required documents. • Coordinate with the onboarding team for training and joining formalities. • Maintain daily reports on candidates contacted, registered, and onboarded. Eligibility Criteria • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (10th Pass may be considered in select locations). • Freshers are welcome to apply.



• Good communication and convincing skills. • Knowledge of the local language is preferred. • Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with field visits and meeting people. • Experience in field sales, recruitment, or delivery hiring is an added advantage. Job Details • Job Type: Full time, field-based role. • Shift: General Shift. • Salary: 27,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on experience. • Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives. • Travel Allowance: Up to 2,500 per month
