Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.

Generate and improve quality leads through paid marketing.

Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate & ROAS.

Handle Social Media Marketing and promotional campaigns.

Plan audiences, retargeting and campaign strategies.

Coordinate with creative/content teams for ads and landing pages.

Prepare campaign reports and provide performance insights.

Handle clients and understand their marketing requirements.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.

Good knowledge of Lead Generation & Performance Marketing.

Social Media Marketing experience.

Basic knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & Canva is a plus.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to independently manage campaigns.
