- Shift & Plant Operations: Lead plant shift operations, ensure smooth running of the Pyrolysis Machine Plant, and assign duties to shift labor.
- Mechanical Maintenance & Drives: Inspect, service, and repair mechanical equipment including pumps, gearboxes, drives, heavy machinery, and piping systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute routine preventive maintenance schedules to reduce machine downtime.
- Material & Biomass Handling: Track Biomass stock levels, manage biomass feeding, and record daily Material Inward and Outward entries.
- Reporting & Data Logging: Fill out daily shift production sheets, record mechanical maintenance logs, and submit shift reports.
- Safety Compliance: Implement machinery guards, safety procedures, and protected mechanical work practices.
