Job Description – Business Development Associate (CASA Sales)
Employment Type: Full time | On-Role Role: FIELD SALES CTC: 16,000 – 19,000/month Incentives: Up to 25,000 Age: 22–28 Years
Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Associate for a FIELD SALES role, responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, and promoting CASA products.
Key Responsibilities: • Acquire new customers through FIELD SALES activities. •
Generate leads through daily field visits.
• Promote CASA and relevant banking products.
• Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Requirements: •Any Graduate.
• Age: 22–28 Years.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in FIELD SALES.
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
