To handle customers professionally, understand their jewellery requirements, generate sales, maintain customer relationships, and support the branch in achieving its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Handling

- Welcome and attend customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, pricing and offers clearly.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery as per their needs.

Sales & Target Achievement

- Achieve individual sales targets assigned by the branch.
- Contribute to achievement of overall branch sales targets.
- Follow up with customers for pending enquiries and prospective sales.
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
- Promote new collections, schemes, offers and other company initiatives.

Senior-Level Responsibilities

- Handle important/high-value customers professionally.
- Support junior sales executives in customer handling and product knowledge.
- Guide team members on sales techniques and customer service when required.




- Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining smooth sales operations.
- Take responsibility for customer handling during the absence of the Branch Manager/Assistant Manager, wherever assigned.

Product Knowledge

- Maintain positive knowledge of gold, diamond and other jewellery products.
- Understand product specifications, making charges, schemes and applicable offers.
- Stay updated about new collections and company policies.

Store Operations & Compliance

- Follow all company rules, SOPs and showroom procedures.
- Maintain proper display and handling of jewellery as instructed.
- Ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Follow security, stock-handling and operational procedures strictly.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate.

Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience in jewellery, retail sales or a similar customer-facing sales role. Jewellery retail experience will be preferred.
