- Source and recruit candidates for Sales & Non-Sales positions.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with Team Leaders/Managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
