Service Advisor – Roles & Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns.

* Create job cards with accurate vehicle details.

* Explain the required service and estimated cost to customers.

* Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.

* Update customers on service progress and delivery time.

* Ensure repairs are completed as per company standards.

* Check vehicle quality before delivery.

* Prepare invoices and explain the work completed.

* Deliver the vehicle to the customer and ensure satisfaction.

* Maintain service records and customer information.

* Follow up with customers after service for feedback.

* Maintain a clean and professional work workplace.
