- Sales & Field Sales ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for generating sales and bringing business directly.
- Leads will not be provided by the company; the candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads.
- The role will be target-based, with explicit monthly/periodic sales targets.
- The candidate will be required to actively work in the field through:

- Door-to-door customer visits
- Canopy / promotional activities
- Local market visits
- Customer meetings and follow-ups
- References and networking
- Other field-level lead generation activities
- The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to customer conversion.




- Regular follow-up with prospective customers and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline will be expected.
- Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, customer conversion, sales achieved and target completion.
- The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field work and direct customer interaction.
