Job Description

We are looking for a polite and customer-focused Waiter / Steward to provide excellent service to guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.

Explain menu items and assist customers with their selections.

Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.

Handle customer requests and basic service-related queries.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Follow restaurant service standards and procedures.

Support other service activities as required.

Requirements

Education: 12th Pass

English: Intermediate English

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Job Details

Shift: Day Shift, Full Time

Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹21,000 per month

Fixed: ₹13,500 – ₹18,000

Incentive: ₹3,000
