OB TITLE: UK Accounting Associate / Trainee

LOCATION: Noida | Mumbai | Ahmedabad

SALARY : ₹27,000 CTC per month

Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates with an Indian Accounting background for our upcoming UK Accounting Academy batches.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training in UK Accounting practices, UK work culture, professional communication, and corporate readiness, followed by On-the-Job Training (OJT) and transition into the UK work shift.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Freshers or candidates with an Indian Accounting background
- Preferably 6+ months of accounting experience
- CA Inter / CA Dropouts preferred
- Candidates who have discontinued their CA studies may also apply
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to learn UK Accounting practices
- Ability to work in a structured and target-driven environment
- Willingness to work from office during the training and OJT period

COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENT:

Candidates will undergo a communication assessment through SpeechX.

Required English Level: B1/B2

Strong English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and stakeholders are important for this role.

TRAINING & CAREER JOURNEY:

MONTH 1 – CLASSROOM TRAINING

Work From Office (WFO)

Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM IST

Saturday: 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM IST

Training will cover:

- UK Accounting fundamentals
- UK Accounting practices
- UK work culture
- Professional communication
- Corporate readiness





MONTHS 2–4 – ON-THE-JOB TRAINING (OJT)

Work From Office (WFO)

Shift Options:

- 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST
- 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Candidates will receive practical exposure and hands-on training during this period.

MONTH 5 ONWARDS – UK WORK SHIFT

Hybrid Work Model

Shift Options:

- 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST
- 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST

SALARY DETAILS:

Freshers:

₹27,000 CTC per month

Experienced Candidates:

Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Salary for experienced candidates will be decided based on:

- Relevant experience
- Last drawn CTC
- Market standards
- Interview performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

After successful completion of training, the candidate may be responsible for:

- Supporting UK Accounting processes
- Maintaining and processing accounting records
- Performing accounting-related activities as per process requirements
- Working with UK accounting standards and practices
- Handling assigned accounting tasks accurately and within timelines
- Following process guidelines and quality standards
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Meeting productivity and quality expectations
