About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and process-driven professional to manage CRM activities, support HR operations, monitor team performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

- Manage and maintain CRM software such as Leadrat or similar platforms.
- Ensure accurate lead allocation and tracking.
- Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and response times.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
- Track sales pipeline and conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely lead follow-ups.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Conduct regular CRM audits and ensure data accuracy.

HR & Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance and team performance.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.




- Prepare performance and operational reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of company processes and policies.

- 100% Lead Assignment Accuracy
- 95%+ Daily CRM Update Compliance
- Lead Response Time below 15 minutes
- Weekly CRM Audit Completion
- 90%+ Sales Team Follow-up Compliance
- Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM management, HR operations, sales coordination, or business operations.
- Experience with Leadrat or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to monitor team performance and ensure process compliance.
- Organized, responsible, and target-oriented approach.
