We are looking for motivated and confident Female Sales Executives to join our Life Insurance Sales Team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, explaining life insurance products, and converting leads into successful policies.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with potential customers through phone, WhatsApp and digital leads.

Explain life insurance plans, benefits, premium options and coverage.

Convert qualified leads into life insurance business.

Maintain regular follow-up with customers.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.

Build long-term relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and policy issuance.

Participate in digital marketing and lead-generation activities.
