- Plant Operations & Shift Handling: Manage general shift operations, supervise plant manpower, and oversee shift execution (On-job training for Pyrolysis plant operation will be provided).
- Civil Construction & Foundation Supervision: Supervise all ongoing civil site works, RCC foundations, structural repairs, machine foundations, and infrastructure maintenance at the plant site.
- Drawings & Site Planning: Read civil execution drawings, plan daily site work schedules, and ensure construction meets engineering specifications.
- Material & Measurement Records: Track civil material consumption (cement, steel, aggregate), log Material Inward/Outward entries, verify contractor measurement sheets, and track Biomass storage.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily civil site execution logs, labor attendance, and shift production records.
- Site Safety Management: Ensure all civil site activities and plant operations strictly adhere to structural and industrial safety protocols.
