- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand clients’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Plan and recommend customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, sightseeing, transfers, and other travel bookings.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel documents, visa requirements, and travel policies.
- Prepare and share quotations and itineraries with clients.
- Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.




- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel consulting, ticketing, holiday packages, or a similar role.
- Valuable knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, sales, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to create itineraries and quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
