We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
- Supervise the service teams.
- Ensure good customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Manage staff attendance, duties and daily schedules.
- Check food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock and coordinate with the kitchen for requirements.
- Handle billing, cash and basic daily reports.
- Ensure the restaurant opens and closes properly.
- Train and guide staff when required.
- Make sure restaurant rules and SOPs are followed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant/hotel mandatory.
- Good communication in English and Bengali and people-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable handling a team.
