Job Description

We are looking for a confident and responsible Female Executive to handle customer orders and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Existing customers कडून orders घेणे आणि order details व्यवस्थित नोंदवणे.
- Customers सोबत फोन/WhatsApp वर नियमित communication ठेवणे.
- Pending payments साठी customers ना professional पद्धतीने follow-up करणे.
- Payment status आणि outstanding amount चा record maintain करणे.
- Order confirmation, dispatch आणि payment-related updates customers ना देणे.
- Sales team आणि office team सोबत coordination करणे.
- Customer queries basic level वर handle करणे.




- Daily order आणि payment follow-up report तयार करणे.

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills
- Marathi आणि Hindi बोलता येणे आवश्यक; basic English preferred.
- WhatsApp आणि smartphone वापरता येणे आवश्यक.
- Basic computer knowledge असल्यास प्राधान्य.
- Customer follow-up करण्यासाठी confidence आणि consistency.
- Fresher candidates देखील apply करू शकतात.

Salary

₹6000 – ₹18,000/month

Experience आणि communication skills नुसार salary ठरवली जाईल.

- Female candidate
- Age: 20–35 years
- Responsible, polite आणि confident personality
- Sales/order/payment follow-up experience असल्यास प्राधान्य.
