We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager with 6+ years of Experiences to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, controlling costs, and driving sales and profitability.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and manage front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and consistent food quality.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and restaurant presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily purchases.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve restaurant profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Conduct staff training and support employee development.




- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Requirements 6+ years of relevant experience in restaurant or F&B; operations.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory, cost control, and cash management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peak-hour operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant billing/POS systems is preferred.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
