What You'll Do

- Go to local markets and vendors to purchase materials as required for production
- Collect material quotes and get approvals from the manager before purchasing
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to the factory
- Act as a production coordinator — follow up with the production team on daily work progress, flag delays, and relay updates to managers
- Coordinate with production and site managers daily to understand material requirements
- Track which materials are needed for upcoming production jobs and plan purchases in advance
- Receive incoming materials, check quantities, and update stock records
- Maintain petty cash records for purchases made and submit bills on time
- Keep the store area clean and materials properly organised

Who We're Looking For

- Knows Hyderabad local market areas well
- Can travel locally on a two-wheeler
- Positive communicator — able to coordinate between production team and management
- Basic reading and writing in Telugu or Hindi
- Honest, punctual, and responsible with cash and materials
- Prior experience in store, purchase, or site/production work is a plus — freshers welcome
