About the RoleThe Organic World is looking for an experienced Grocery Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage teams, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in supermarket, retail, or grocery store management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and minimize shrinkage.
- Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store hygiene standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with category, warehouse, and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and store compliance procedures.




- Train and develop store employees to improve performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in supermarket, grocery, or retail store management.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates from supermarkets and retail chains such as Reliance Retail, More, Spar, Nature's Basket, Star Bazaar, Metro, Lulu, or similar grocery retail formats will be preferred.
