Job Title: Service Manager (Head)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all site and service-related operations
- Enhance customer experience through efficient service delivery
- Generate revenue through service activities and packages
- Manage service calls, emails, and ensure prompt customer response
- Resolve minor issues remotely or coordinate with team for quick solutions
- Arrange technician visits and confirm schedules with customers
- Clearly define scope of work before service or supply
- Optimize use of available resources for efficient operations
- Minimize machine downtime and suggest appropriate solutions
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for service issues and share feedback with relevant teams
- Maintain database of all service calls and records




- Collect customer feedback after service completion
- Ensure proper closure of all service requests
- Promote and sell preventive maintenance/service packages
- Onboard and train current team members
- Monitor and improve team performance
