Zorgers is a leading home healthcare company providing trained caregivers and nurses for in-home patient care across Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Delhi & Gurugram.

*Job Summary:*

We’re hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare support staff. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet client requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Full-cycle Recruitment:* Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for caregivers and nurses

- *Candidate Sourcing:* Use job portals, WhatsApp groups, local references, social media, and walk-ins to build a talent pipeline

- *Interview & Assessment:* Conduct initial interviews, verify documents, and assess candidate suitability

- *Onboarding:* Complete joining formalities, documentation, and induction for recent hires





- *Database Management:* Maintain and update candidate/employee records in the ATS or excel sheets

- *Coordination:* Work closely with the operations/field team to understand urgent hiring needs

- *Compliance:* Ensure all candidate KYC, police verification, and health documents are complete

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare/staffing

- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, English & Punjabi preferred

- Ability to handle high-volume, urgent hiring targets

- Proficient in MS Excel, job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna

- Fixed salary ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
