We are looking for an experienced Collection Team Leader with relevant experience in the Banking & Finance / Collections process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Tele Callers.
- Monitor daily calling activities and productivity.
- Manage and monitor the team’s performance through the dialer.
- Track daily call volumes, connect ratios, PTPs, and collections.
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly team targets.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide guidance to team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in Banking & Finance collection processes is preferred.
- Experience managing Tele Callers and collection teams.
- Good knowledge of dialer operations and call-center productivity management.
- Robust team-handling, communication, and target-management skills.
