Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-up.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, colleges, training institutes, NGOs, and local networks.
- Screen candidates based on the job description, experience, salary expectations, location, and availability.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain the job role, salary, location, shift, and other requirements.
- Share suitable profiles with clients and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and update sourcing, interview, selection, and joining status.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure candidates report for joining as committed.




- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, walk-ins, and field sourcing activities when required.
- Candidate RequirementsAny Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
- Freshers can apply; recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Willingness to travel locally for sourcing activities when required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field recruitment roles.

Working Hours9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- CompensationFresher: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month + TA/DA + Incentives
- Experienced: Salary based on previous experience and current CTC.
