Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome walk-in visitors, conduct facility tours, and pitch membership and personal training plans in office.
- Follow up promptly with incoming digital leads (from website, social media, and ads) via call and WhatsApp to schedule gym trials and visits.
- Educate prospective clients on fitness plans, promotional offers, and gym amenities while effectively handling customer objections.
- Manage membership renewals, upgrades, and payment collections for existing members.
- Maintain complete daily logs of candidate interactions, lead status, call reports, and sales figures in Excel/CRM software.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.

Requirements & Skills:

- Prior experience in B2C sales, retail/counter sales, tele-calling, or inside sales (fitness/hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills in spoken Hindi (functional English is a plus).
- Customer-focused with a target-driven and proactive approach.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
