We are looking for a versatile Continental Commi 1 Chef to prepare quality Continental food, craft specialty coffees and mocktails, curate current dishes, and assist with stock and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary & Beverage: Prepare Continental dishes (salads, pastas, mains) and craft coffees, mocktails, and seasonal menu additions.
- Inventory & Prep: Track daily stock, enforce FIFO rotation, manage prep levels, and minimize wastage.
- Hygiene & Standards: Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and strictly follow food safety guidelines.
- Service: Demonstrate good serving etiquette and assist with basic table service during peak hours.
- Desirable: Know operating petpooja system.
