We are looking for Relationship Managers with experience in Home Loan / LAP / Housing Finance / NBFC sales to join our team.

- ? Job Responsibilities:
- Generate Home Loan & LAP business through open market sourcing.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, references, DSAs, connectors and direct sourcing.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit/operations teams.




- Ensure quality sourcing and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Conduct regular market visits for lead generation and business development.

- ? Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Home Loan / LAP / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of open-market sales and local market.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the above locations are preferred.
