- ? Admission Counsellor – Job DescriptionHandle enquiries from students and parents regarding admissions and courses.
- Counsel students for NEET, JEE, MHT-CET and IISER preparation programs.
- Counsel students and parents for Classes 8th, 9th & 10th across CBSE, ICSE and State Board.
- Explain course structure, batch timings, faculty, study material, tests and other academic facilities.
- Explain fee structure, scholarships, discounts and available payment options clearly to parents.
- Generate admissions through regular calling, follow-ups and counselling.
- Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries.
- Understand the student's academic requirements and recommend the appropriate course/batch.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested students and parents until admission is completed.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, counselling and admission status.




- Coordinate with the academic and administration team for smooth admission processing.
- Build good relationships with students and parents and provide professional assistance.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Handle objections and queries related to courses, fees, batches and academic programs.
- Maintain a positive and qualified attitude while interacting with parents and students.
- Previous experience in education counselling, sales or admission counselling will be preferred.
- Candidates should have good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with experience in coaching institutes, schools or education sales will be preferred.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
