Role Overview :

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, achieve revenue targets, acquire recent clients, and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones. The role involves building strategy, managing the pipeline, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

- Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team
- Set monthly/quarterly targets for each team member and track performance
- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings and one-on-one coaching

Sales Planning & Execution

- Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Manage the sales pipeline and prepare accurate forecasts

Client Management

- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and high-value clients
- Understand client requirements and propose the right solutions
- Support the team in collections and payment follow-ups

Reporting & Analysis

- Ensure data accuracy in the CRM




- Share weekly/monthly sales reports with management (conversion rate, pipeline value, collection status)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaigns
- Share client feedback with the product and support teams
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 4-8 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in team handling
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS/service sales preferred
- Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills

- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

- Fluency in both Hindi and English
