We are looking for experienced and motivated Telecallers & Immigration Counsellors to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients regarding overseas immigration, work visa and study visa opportunities.
- Understand clients’ requirements and provide suitable information about available immigration programs.
- Counsel clients professionally and explain the process, eligibility, documentation and service details.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert genuine prospects into clients.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly calling, counselling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for smooth client processing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in immigration, visa consultancy or overseas recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive knowledge of basic immigration/visa processes.
- Confident, presentable and target-oriented personality.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
