Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in control panel design, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning. The candidate should have practical knowledge of LT Panels, PLC Panels, MCC Panels, PCC Panels, APFC Panels, and HVAC Control Systems.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently on electrical design activities and coordinating with production, project, HVAC, and site teams for successful project execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electrical control panels as per project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare electrical schematics, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and control circuit drawings using AutoCAD/EPLAN.
- Select electrical components such as MCCB, MCB, VFD, PLC, relays, contactors, sensors, SMPS, and control transformers.
- Prepare electrical BOMs, load calculations, cable schedules, and component specifications.
- Supervise panel wiring, assembly, inspection, and testing activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during panel testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with Project, Production, HVAC, Design, Procurement, and Service teams for smooth execution.




- Conduct FAT/SAT and prepare testing and inspection reports.
- Support site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with clients for electrical and control-related technical discussions and clarifications.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of PLC, VFD, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC, and HVAC control panels.
- Understanding of electrical load calculations, cable sizing, protection selection, and control circuits.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical wiring and control panel manufacturing practices.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical standards and safety requirements.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
