Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle leads, follow-ups, site visits & conversions
- Client handling and negotiations
- Coordinate with Telecalling & Marketing teams
- Track team performance & CRM updates
Requirements:
