- Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the delivery hub.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.
- Manage delivery executives and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
- Handle customer escalations and operational issues.
- Maintain hub records, inventory, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the central operations team for smooth hub functioning.
- Candidate Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Hub Operations, Logistics, Last Mile, Warehouse, or Delivery Operations.
- Prior experience in team handling is preferred.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates from Logistics, E-commerce, Courier, Delivery, or Warehouse backgrounds are preferred.
