Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Outreach

Identify and engage prospective NPOs, social enterprises, corporates, donors and other ecosystem participants.

Support outreach programmes, workshops, webinars and other SSE engagement initiatives.

Develop and maintain the SSE NPO and project pipeline.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate with NPOs, corporates, donors, advisors, impact assessors and other ecosystem stakeholders.

Manage regular follow-ups, meetings, action points and closure of stakeholder requirements.

Support senior team members in stakeholder engagements and relationship management.

3. Pipeline Management & MIS

Track NPO registration, project listing and fundraising pipelines.

Maintain databases and prepare periodic MIS, dashboards and management updates.

Monitor progress against business development targets and identify follow-up actions.

4. Research & Content





Track developments in CSR, philanthropy, social finance and the social enterprise ecosystem.

Prepare presentations, briefing notes, meeting material and stakeholder communications.

Support preparation for conferences, webinars and other SSE engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Management, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Social Sciences or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, stakeholder management, financial services, consulting, CSR, social impact or ecosystem development.
- Solid communication, coordination, analytical and execution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
